- Fix network, system, and telecom faults quickly and efficiently. - Get hands on with basic mechanic and electrical repairs. - Work in a collaborative environment where your practical skills are valued. - Basic mechanical/electrical repairs at heights - real hands-on stuff! - Resolve dispatched tickets independently - we trust your skills. - Maintain diverse networks and keep the equipment in top shape. - Support customers like a pro, inside and out. - Conduct visual inspections of the workspace for safety issues. - Prepare site-specific risk assessments and ensure all PPE is appropriately utilized at all times. - Manage interaction with onsite landlords, site environment preservation and general site maintenance. - Update site information and report on incidents and near misses promptly in the relevant tool. - Supervise third party activities and intervene in any unsafe behavior. - Handle activation/deactivation of on-site services - Collect optimization data and execute preventative maintenance. - Coordinate spare parts handling logistics, update inventory database, and manage spare part interface. - Manage site access permissions, enforce security rules, and escalate any security incidents. - Adhere to the MS OHS framework and conduct safety audits. - Physical fitness to handle tasks at heights and a commitment to safety (We take it seriously). - A full UK manual driving license (You've got it?
