JOB TITLE: Field Sales - Contract Catering
LOCATION: Wolverhampton
SALARY: £65,000 - £70,000 Basic (+ commission)

The COMPANY
Our client is a very well-established provider of contact catering to schools. They are currently looking for an experienced Field Sales Executive.

The ROLE
As a Field Sales Executive you be required to do the following:

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
* Effectively manage existing accounts.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
* Utilise Salesforce software to manage leads, track sales activities, and report on performance metrics.
* Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the company and establish connections.

CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for a strong Field Sales Consultant with the following experience and attributes:

* Previous experience selling catering or selling to schools.
* B2B field sales experience.
* Understand a consultative sales process.
* Confident in value-based selling.
* A good closer.
* Excellent communication skills and highly organised.
