Job Description:
We are seeking a tenacious and hardworking Field Sales Executive to join our client’s dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding the customer base by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Conduct sales visits to prospective clients and effectively present the company’s products and services.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Achieve and exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals tailored to the client’s needs.
Report on sales activities and provide insights to the sales manager.
Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network and promote the company’s products and services.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Field Sales Executive or in a similar sales role.
Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Ability to travel extensively and manage a flexible work schedule.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Valid driver’s license.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience in the steel fabrication or construction industry.
Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive growth.
What We Offer:
Competitive salary £32,000 - £40,000 (OTE £45,000-£50,000) and a market-leading commission structure.
32 days of holiday excluding bank holidays.
