Are you a self-motivated sales person with experience selling engineering consumables?

This company are a well established retailer of engineering consumables, predominantly supplying into the manufacturing sector. Due to a large growth period, and goals to provide the best customer service in the industry, they are now looking to add to their expert sales team. From bearings and power transmissions, to lubricants and hydraulics, this company supplies it all.

On offer is the opportunity to drive the sales revenue of the business and become a vital asset to the team. You will be chasing new leads and identifying new business in the Midlands region, while also managing existing customer accounts to ensure the highest quality service in the industry. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated sales professional who is able to work from home and meet with clients in person to close deals.

This role would suit a proactive sales person, looking to boost their salary by joining a company who value their staff and reinvest in your development to ensure you are the best sales person you can be.

The Role:

• Manage, develop, and grow our existing customer accounts.
• Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities across the region.
• Promote and sell our extensive range of bearings, power transmission, and consumable products.
• Achieve and exceed agreed monthly sales targets.
• Prepare quotes and manage customer orders.
• Utilise internal technical support to provide comprehensive solutions to customer needs.

The Person:

• Experience in a field sales role in the engineering consumables sector
• B2B sales experience
• Full UK driving licence
