We are looking to hire experienced Field Sales Business Development Managers (BDM’s) for an award-winning technology business. Multiple positions available in various locations including Kent, Slough, Cornwall, Suffolk and London This company is an innovative and passionate business offering world class working conditions and opportunities for the right people and will consider people from all B2B new business field sales backgrounds with particular interest in people who have experience in Telco/IT. Role Field Business Development Manager Salary £40k - £55k Depending on Experience. OTE double salary uncapped with guaranteed bonus. £100k + £500 per month car allowance, Excellent benefits & guaranteed bonus Locations Kent, London, Suffolk, Cornwall, Slough Hours Full Time Permanent The Role You will have previous experience of winning new business and we have particular interest in people with experience within technology or solution based products, but all industries will be equally considered. You will be building relationships to understand your client’s current requirements and be able to communicate the range of possible products and solutions to add value to your client. Secure long-term relationships as a trusted partner Be able to create and manage a pipeline of current and future business opportunity Targeting clients in the SME, Mid-Market, and small corporate marketplace. The Person Proven experience as a B2B new business sales professional You will thrive in working in a busy and diverse environment with high energy and drive Excellent communication skills at all levels with an ability to work across a geographical area and industry sectors Ability to demonstrate a clear understanding of the sales cycle and present an understanding of ROI on your proposed solutions. Ability to negotiate complex contracts to a satisfactory conclusion Ambitious to achieve high earnings and grow a long-term career.
