Are you a Field Sales Manager or similar with a background in the packaging industry or similar looking to step into an autonomous role within a growing business, leading the drive to convert clients into using environmentally friendly packaging while receiving a host of benefits as well as commission to greatly boost earnings?

On offer is the opportunity to join an employee owned trust who have been in business for over 30 year supplying environmentally friendly packaging products to clients all over the UK, Europe and America. They are looking for a new Sales Manager to help maintain and build new clients in the home counties.

This role will involve mostly account management of the company's current cliental, ensuring their continued business and upselling on new products or expanded services. This is a remote position travelling the home counties to meet clients, you will be part of a larger sales team who work all over the country.

This role would suit a Field Sales Manager or similar with a background in packaging or a related industry looking to represent and grow business for an employee owned company who are market leaders in environmental packaging and can provide a varied job with access to a commission scheme to boost take home pay.
