Family-run and proudly independent, they're now looking to grow their field sales presence across a key region.

The Role:

As Field Sales Representative, you'll take full ownership of a well-established patch that includes a healthy mix of existing customers and new business opportunities. Operating with full autonomy, you'll manage your diary, grow relationships, and drive sales - all without micromanagement or unrealistic targets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a field sales role, ideally within timber, construction, or builders merchants

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills

• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently

• A customer-first mindset and a passion for sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow sales across Towcester, Silverstone, Andover, and Bristol

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new opportunities

• Deliver excellent product knowledge and service

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experiences

• Represent a heritage brand in a competitive market
