Field Sales Representative - Telecommunications | £25K Base + 40k OTE, Uncapped Commission

I am working with a multi-award-winning contact centre and sales solutions provider, partnering with major telecommunications brands. With ambitious UK expansion plans, they are growing their field sales team and looking for dynamic individuals to join them. As a Field Sales Representative, you'll engage with semi-warm leads, seeking out and targeting new customers and new sales opportunities through quality cold calling into homes in your territory.

- £25,000 fixed base salary + uncapped commission (Realistic OTE: £40k)

- Monday-Friday, 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM (No weekends!)
- Field-based role - work within a maximum of an hour from your home

What We're Looking For:
- Full UK manual driving license (Max 3 points)
- 21+ years old
- No criminal convictions (DBS check required)
- Background in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service? Big plus!
- Resilient, confident, and driven to hit targets
