Salary: £36000 + OTE approx £10K + Company Vehicle

Are you ready to take your next step into a career in sales? We're looking for a confident, self-motivated individual to join our growing team as a Field Sales Representative, selling our industry-leading product range to distributors and commercial contractors.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in sales and a customer-facing roles to step into field sales - no previous field sales experience required.

What You'll Do:

• Build relationships with trade distributors and commercial contractors
• Promote our product range through site visits, meetings, and product demos
• Support existing customers while developing new business opportunities in your region
• Work closely with the internal sales and technical teams to deliver the best customer experience
• Attend trade shows, networking events, and supplier days to represent the brand

Who We're Looking For:

• Great people skills - confident communicator and relationship builder
• Ambitious and proactive with a desire to learn and succeed
• Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule
• Full UK driving licence
