Want a role that allows you to be out in the field up to 3 days a week?

Looking to be financially rewarded for nurturing and growing predominantly existing customers?

We are delighted to be supporting a well-established, family-run business in Cheltenham. Your role will be to promote the company product portfolio to businesses across the UK.

Responsibilities/Duties:

Increase market awareness of the company and product lines available.
Create a healthy pipeline of opportunities.
Present and work through contracts/tenders to meet customers’ requirements, managing customer expectations.
Develop strategies to reach sales goals.
Create, manage, and update forecasts.
A focus on new business where possible
Develop relationships with customers.
Meet or exceed sales targets.

Requirements

Ideally you will have worked in a field sales role before or looked after a territory.
Excellent communication skills
High degree of personal motivation
Commercial acumen and comfortable with numbers
Ability to work as part of a team.
Strong negotiation skills
Flexibility about working across all areas of the business and hours to meet the requirements of this challenging position.
Full CLEAN driving license
