We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with customers. *Duties:*
- Conduct sales visits to potential and existing customers within the designated territory
- Present and demonstrate our products or services to customers
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sales agreements
- Drive revenue growth by meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
- Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
*Qualifications:*
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a field sales role or customer service roles
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
- Ability to drive and possess a valid driver's license
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Proficient in using basic IT tools such as email, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office suite
