As the Field Sales Representative, you'll play a crucial role in establishing and building strong client relationships across the North East, achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall growth and success of our business.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential sectors and customers
- Actively prospect and generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, referrals, and trade/industry conferences
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand client needs, challenges, and market trends
- Deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and products tailored to meet customer needs
- Cultivate and maintain long-lasting relationships with key decision makers
- Provide exceptional customer service and support, ensuring timely and professional resolution of customer requests and feedback
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify new opportunities
- Stay in tune with industry and market trends to maintain a competitive edge
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports and forecasts to maintain a robust sales pipeline
- Offer feedback and suggestions to the management team on product enhancements, pricing strategies, and market positioning
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Proven track record of successful sales experience
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions
- Results-driven mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently or as part of a team
- Experience with CRM systems
Job details:
- Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum plus BONUS
- Car allowance
- Permanent role, 37.5 hours/week
