Are you a Sales Representative from a B2B or direct sales background looking to become an expert in a niche but highly profitable engineering industry where you can boost your earnings through a generous and stable commission structure?

In this role you will receive full industry and sales training, preparing you to be split between the office and the field 50-50. You will drive new sales through prospecting and qualifying warm leads, and then visiting customer sites to close deals and maintain customer relationships.

This company was founded nearly 170 years ago and has developed into a leader within the engineering industry with multiple sites across the UK, and a global presence. Due to the high demand of this industry and recent growth, this role will be crucial in continuing success for this longstanding business.

This role would suit a Field Sales Representative from a B2B or direct sales background, looking to become an expert in the field with a generous and stable commission structure.

The Role

• 50:50 split between office based and field work, covering a South Wales/Southwest area
• Full technical product training on site, followed by sales training
• Prospecting and qualifying new leads
• Account Management of existing clients
• Monday to Friday 8-4pm

The Person

• Previous B2B / Direct sales experience
• UK driving license
• Commutable to Bridgend
