Field Sales Representative - United Kingdom

Arrow International/Powerhouse is looking for highly motivated individuals that are interested in helping veteran organizations. POSITION SUMMARY

Arrow International is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Representative to lead our sales effort in the United Kingdom. This role is vital in promoting and selling our B3A product line across social club network  (working men’s club ) retail/bar venues. If you have a passion for relationship selling and a proven track record in field sales, we want to hear from you!

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with our partners to drive sales of the B3A product line.
• Conduct regular field visits to locations to promote products, provide training, and ensure optimal product placement.
• Utilize relationship selling techniques to identify customer needs and present tailored solutions.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to key stakeholders at venues.
• Forecast sales trends and make quarterly projections to align with company growth expectations.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on promotional strategies and initiatives.
• Track and report sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends to management.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in field sales, particularly in selling products to retail/bar venues.
• Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
• Ability to analyze sales data and forecast trends effectively.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
• Membership or knowledge of working private Social Clubs network a plus!
