Job Description - Field Service Engineer

We are working with an award-winning leader in the security installation sector. They are seeking is a Security Installation Engineer to join their growing team.

Location: Primarily covering the West Midlands/Midlands region.
Salary: £34,000 - £40,000 per annum, plus a company van for travel and expenses.
Type: Permanent position, working 5 days a week.

Responsibilities:

Install intruder alarms, CCTV (VSS), and access control systems
Perform maintenance visits and call-outs, replacing parts as needed.
Diagnose issues, fault-find, and perform corrective actions.
Complete paperwork on time and maintain accurate records.
Participate in the on-call rota.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain good client relationships.

Requirements:

Ideally, candidates should have experience with CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder systems;
Field service experience is preferred, but candidates with strong technical experience in a static role will also be considered.
A valid UK driving license
