Field Service Engineer (Local Travel)

Salary: £37,000 - £47,000 Basic with OTE around £20k

Location: Essex- Regional Travel

Core Hours are Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm

Are you looking for a Field based Role, where you aren’t spending most nights away? Are you looking for a Field Service role where majority of the work is within 1 hour commute of your house? Our unique client is looking to hire a field service engineer to join the business to support in the maintenance and servicing of company machinery at large customer  sites. The client are a respected contracting business where most of their customers being within the industrial . power stations, Aggregates, Chemical & Oil & Gas Industry. They are looking for a Field Service Engineer who has worked in similar environments and can hit the ground running and understand the working environment. Although this is a field service position, you will be travelling within 1 hour from home most days, and will have the benefit of returning home daily

Skills required for Field Service Engineer:

• Electrical Engineering Background- Rewire Electrical systems
• Ideally have worked in a heavy environment - Aggregates, Power, Oil & Gas, Chemical, Waste/ Recycling (anaerobic- digestion plants), Petro-chem, HV
• Must hold a 17th or 18th Edition
• Must pass a background check
• MUST have a Full Clean UK Driving License

The Field Service Engineer will benefit from:
