My client is a growing, family-run business that supplies workplaces across the UK with premium coffee and water solutions. Their reputation for fast, friendly customer service sets them apart, and they are currently expanding the service team to keep up with demand.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and service commercial coffee machines, water dispensers, and boiling taps.
• Install and commission new machines and equipment.
• Diagnose and repair breakdowns efficiently.
• Ensure optimal performance and taste quality for coffee and water systems.
• Provide customer training on equipment use and maintenance.
• Complete detailed service reports and documentation.
• Manage van stock levels to ensure smooth operations.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 2+ years working with coffee machines, water dispensers, vending, or similar (preferred).
• Technical Skills: Strong electro-mechanical diagnostic and repair ability, basic plumbing knowledge.
• Customer Service: Excellent communication and professionalism with clients.
• Reliability: Able to manage independent field operations efficiently.
• Driving Licence: Full UK driving licence required.
• Location: Ideally based in North West London with easy access to M25/M40/M1/M11.
