Field Service Engineer - Derbyshire - £38,000 - £41,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Are you an experienced electro-mechanical engineer with a knack for problem-solving and a customer-first attitude?

A well-established supplier of specialist glass processing machinery is seeking a dedicated Field Service Engineer to join their highly skilled and committed team.

In this role, you'll be the face of the company, providing crucial maintenance, breakdown support, installation, and commissioning of their advanced CNC machines for customers across the UK. When you're not out in the field, you'll be working in-house, contributing to the team's success. Don't worry if you're not familiar with their specific products - full training will be provided!

Working Hours & Benefits:

• Full-time, Monday to Friday role.
• A competitive salary of £38,000 - £41,000 per annum, depending on your experience,
• Some overnight stays during the week will be required for fieldwork, weekend work is a rarity.

Qualifications, skills and experience of the Field Service Engineer:

• A strong understanding of three-phase electrics.
• Solid knowledge of pneumatic systems.
• Proven experience in providing electronic and mechanical services or repairs.
• A customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills, able to interact effectively with all levels of an organization.
• The ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Willingness to commute to their Derbyshire base when not on client sites.
