Field Service Engineer - Commercial Coffee Machines
Location: London & Surrounding Areas
Salary: £34,000 + Overtime Opportunities
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule: 5-day working week (including 1 weekend day in 4, with a day off in lieu)

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and set up traditional and automatic coffee machines at customer sites
• Demonstrate equipment functionality to clients
• Carry out routine servicing and reactive repairs
• Accurately record all service activities using company systems
• Manage your time effectively to meet service deadlines
• Deliver excellent customer service and represent the brand professionally
• Support team operations and contribute to a positive working culture

What We're Looking For:

• Some previous electrical or mechanical experience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
• Willingness to learn and attend training
• Ability to adapt to changing requirements and show initiative
• Good time management and organisational skills
• A customer-focused mindset and professional communication skills
