Our client, leading inspection machinery manufacturers, are seeking to add a competent, versatile Engineer to their Field Service team.

Field Service Engineer - duties

This broad and varied service role includes carrying out repairs, commissioning, calibration and upgrades of equipment at customer sites as well as providing remote technical support via phone and email plus other related duties.

Field Service Emgineer - requirements

The position requires an Electrical/Electronics qualification (ONC minimum), ideally with experience in a field-based role. Well-developed customer service and communication skills are essential attributes along with an organised approach to working, the ability to problem solve and a full, current driving license. PLC programming knowledge and an appreciation of PC hardware are advantageous.

Field Service Engineer - salary

Basic salary £35,000 - £38,000 OTE to £60,000 including bonus and overtime.
