About The Job:
Join our team as a Field Service Engineer, where your primary responsibilities will include machine diagnostics, servicing, and repairs across all JCB product ranges. This is a dynamic, customer-facing role that requires you to build and maintain strong relationships within the service sector, ensuring a World Class customer service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostics, servicing, and repairs on heavy plant machinery, primarily JCB products
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers
• Liaise with the manufacturer for service solutions and technical support
• Work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Maintain accurate records and paperwork

Working Hours:

• 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 16:30
• Overtime available after 40 hours, paid at time and a half and double on Sundays

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 2, 3, or equivalent in a relevant field
• Experience in construction, HGV, or agricultural heavy plant machinery sectors
• Proficient in hydraulic systems, transmissions, and electrical systems
• Full UK driving licence required
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
• Flexibility and adaptability in changing environments
