£37.5k to £38.5k (DOE) – 40 hour work week

With over 1.2k service engineers globally we have you covered in breakdown and repair needs, this being said, we are now excited to welcome a new field service engineer to the family due to expansion. This role will entail maintenance, repairs and troubleshooting small MHE to larger ones too. This role focuses on FLTs to small plant equipment, so the ideal person with come from a MHE, agricultural or plant background. You will need to be multiskilled with no bias due to working with hydraulics, pneumatics and electronic systems for this. You will be sent out to various customer sites, so you will need strong customer service skills being the face of the company.

Skills:

• NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
• Read Electrical and Hydraulic Schematics
• Technical Expertise with a proven background in industry
• Ability to deliver strong service with clear communication and detailed reporting
• Cross channel communication with liaising with the service controller desk
• Safety awareness, adhering to protocols and creating safe environments
• Self-starter who loves to take on new challenges and continuously improving their skills
• Team player, some days you will work with other members of the team
• Background in MHE, Agricultural or Plant is desired
• Live an hour away from patch
• Full clean drivers license
