Field Service Engineer

A leading company in the low energy and sustainable HVAC industry are looking for a motivated Field Services Engineer to join a two-person team, working alongside an experienced Lead Engineer. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a background in construction, product installation, maintenance, or aftersales who is eager to learn and grow in a hands-on, customer-focused role.

The successful candidate will assist with on-site product installation, maintenance, and service support, while ensuring compliance with health & safety standards. They will be comfortable using handheld tools, supporting scaffold setup, and working both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support installation, maintenance, and aftersales services
• Assist with scaffolding and access equipment setup
• Use power tools and assist in the assembly of components on site
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
• Follow safety protocols and contribute to continuous improvement

Candidate Profile:

• Construction industry experience preferred
• Strong understanding of health & safety standards
• Proactive with good problem-solving and communication skills
• Competent in Microsoft Office
• Holds a CSCS Blue Skilled Worker card (minimum); SSSTS/SMSTS desirable
