Field Service Engineer

•  Attending client sites to manage the installations of new machinery 
  


•  Quickly reacting and solving breakdowns with any machines 
  


•  Managing scheduled maintenance repairs 
  


•  Building relationships with your key clients 
  


•  Offer advice and guidance to customers over the telephone or face to face 
  


•  Responsible for ordering spare parts and managing your spare part inventory
  


•  Providing an excellent customer service 
  

Requirements

• You'll be an experienced Field Service Engineer and you'll enjoy travelling across the UK & Ireland
  


• Ideally you'll have a HNC/HND Engineering qualification (electrical bias)
  


• PLC Fault Finding experience
  


• You'll be a natural rapport builder and enjoy building relationships
  


• Comfortable with working extra hours as and when required 
  


• A full UK driving licence
