This is a hands-on role involving the installation, commissioning, servicing and fault-finding of water purification equipment across customer sites throughout the UK. You’ll also travel to the company’s Wellingborough office for training and preparation when required. The role You’ll work on a range of water purification systems including: Reverse Osmosis and Deionisation systems Water softeners and filtration systems UV systems and ring mains Pumps, valves, tanks and control panels Electrical and mechanical equipment System sterilisation and pH correction systems You’ll need to be comfortable working independently, diagnosing faults and dealing directly with customers in a professional and technical manner. Experience with electrical/mechanical systems, PLCs, chemicals/COSHH and water purification equipment would be highly beneficial. About you We’re looking for someone who is: Experienced in electrical and mechanical engineering A strong problem solver with excellent attention to detail Confident working independently and as part of a team Customer-focused with good communication and reporting skills Self-motivated and organised Comfortable travelling throughout the UK, including occasional overnight stays Committed to health, safety and high-quality workmanship Training will be provided where required , so a willingness to learn is just as important as your existing experience.
