Territory: M62 corridor with a focus on Manchester/Northwest England

Ideal home location: Manchester region or within a circa 20 mile radius

Are you already an experienced Field Service Engineer/Service Technician with experience servicing & calibrating weighing scales/balances or similar devices that require a good level of dexterity and wiring skills?

The responsibilities of the Field Service Engineer – Analytical Weighing Equipment:

Calibrate, test, repair, maintain, supply and install weighing equipment in lab and industrial environments
Prepare and complete calibration documentation and job-related administration including certificates and worksheets
Provide training and technical guidance to help customers achieve their weighing objectives and prevent avoidable issues
Engage with customers to understand their weighing goals and advise on best-fit solutions.
Adhere with the Company’s Quality Management System (QMS) to safeguard the quality, consistency, and reliability of our services
Care and manual handling of weights and weighing equipment
Proactively communicate timely details of appointments and related orders with customers to support customer satisfaction
