We are working on behalf of a leading global innovator in life science and diagnostics technology, currently seeking a Field Service Engineer to support their expanding operations across Southern England. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge solutions in genomics and pathology, supporting critical advancements in healthcare and research.

• Degree in Life Sciences (Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology) or a Technical field (Electronics, Engineering, Informatics)

• Hands-on experience in field service or technical support for diagnostic systems (e.g., NGS, pathology, lab automation)

• Strong communication skills and a valid UK driving licence

• Perform installation, maintenance, upgrades, and repairs of diagnostic instruments at customer sites

• Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and professionally

• Collaborate with internal teams and escalate performance concerns when necessary
