Engineers regularly increase their annual earnings through available overtime paid at 1.5x hourly rate.

The Role
As a Field Service Engineer, you will work from home attending customer sites throughout your designated territory, carrying out planned maintenance, servicing and breakdown repairs on a wide range of forklift trucks and material handling equipment.
Key Responsibilities
Service, maintain and repair forklift trucks and material handling equipment. Diagnose and rectify electrical, hydraulic and mechanical faults. Attend breakdowns and carry out reactive repairs. Complete Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM). Repair diesel, petrol, LPG and electric-powered equipment. Complete service reports and documentation accurately. Manage your workload and territory efficiently. Deliver high levels of customer service. Build long-term relationships with customers through professionalism and technical expertise. Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety legislation.
