Our client is a leading technology company in the transportation industry. This role will be part of the Field Engineering department and will contribute to the successful implementation of our cutting-edge driver safety systems for enterprise clients.

Position description / Job description

• Train and assist customers on proper installation practices for our driver safety systems.
• Provide project and implementation management services for large-scale deployments.
• Offer technical expertise for installing 12v safety systems.
• Promote best practices and standard operating procedures for vehicle installations.
• Manage and support third-party installation service providers.
• Provide professional project management and sales support for assigned projects.
• Maintain excellent customer service and communication throughout the implementation process.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proficient and expert knowledge of 12 & 24v vehicle systems.
• Knowledge of vehicle-mounted cameras, monitors, and sensors.
• Detailed knowledge of vehicle wiring and installation procedures.
• Impeccable troubleshooting and alternative installation service management skills.
• Ability to provide efficient and creative training and implementation instructions.
• Commitment to continuous learning of product and support techniques.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to identify areas for product improvement and enhancement.
• Deep understanding of the transportation industry.
• Experience with vehicle telematics (including RP12226, J1939 & OBDII).
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
