In this role, you will troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues, perform routine maintenance and inspections, and respond to service calls in the South Wales area. You will also provide technical support to customers and document all service activities. This varied, field-based position ensures that no two days are the same, offering a dynamic and engaging work environment.

The Role:
Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with multi-functional printers and photocopiers
Performing routine maintenance and inspections

Able to commute around the South Wales area (Swansea, Newport, Cardiff, Carmarthen)
