In the role, you'll be field-based across South Wales, installing, servicing, repairing, or refurbishing printers photocopiers, printers and multifunctional devices. You'll troubleshoot hardware and software issues, provide technical support, and work closely with the service desk to ensure customers receive a prompt and professional service.
