£45,000 - £50,000 (OTE £55K) + Door to Door + up to 2x overtime + full training + progression

Are you a Refrigeration engineer looking for the opportunity to train into Industrial systems, in a growing company with a clear team ethos, who will reward you with door to door pay, generous overtime rates (up to 2x) and clear progression pathways?

On offer is the opportunity to join a growing company in an autonomous role. You will be field based, travelling out to various sites between Northampton and North London, carrying out service and maintenance on a range of refrigeration equipment.

You will receive extensive training in diagnostics, working on industrial systems, and have the potential to move up to a senior role, with a great work / life balance through a Monday - Friday shift pattern and little call out.

This role would suit a Service Engineer with Refrigeration experience looking to join a highly successful company, who are passionate about enabling their employees to reach their full potential and offer a stable Monday to Friday role with plenty of training.

The Role:

• Completing planned maintenance and reactive works on commercial refrigeration systems
• Extensive training provided into Industrial systems
• Attending client sites from North London up to Nottingham

The Person:

• Experience working with commercial refrigeration
• Driving license
• F-Gas qualified
