Field Service Engineer Security Systems

We are seeking a dedicated Field Service Engineer to join a top-tier security solutions provider to blue-chip companies. This role involves completing planned preventative maintenance visits and attending remedial call-outs as required, ensuring high standards of service and security.

• Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM):

  • Conduct regular maintenance visits as scheduled.
  • Perform SSA and firmware updates as necessary, tailored to each site.

• Service Call Outs:

  • Respond to service calls in a timely manner, adhering to client SLAs.
  • Participate in the out-of-hours call-out rota to ensure 24/7 service coverage.

• Service & Installation:

  • Perform service remedial and small works installations as needed.

• Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer in the security industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of security systems and their maintenance.
• Flexibility to participate in an out-of-hours call-out rota.
• A valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively.
