What You’ll Be Doing

• Visiting customer sites across the Midlands area to carry out repairs, servicing, and maintenance.
• Diagnosing faults quickly and effectively - and getting machines back up and running.
• Managing your own parts stock and keeping detailed service records.
• Liaising with the workshop control team to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Making safety a priority and keeping your tools and test equipment in top condition.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience servicing or repairing mechanical or electrical equipment.
• A hands-on problem solver who enjoys taking ownership and working independently.
• Great communication skills – you'll be dealing directly with customers, so a professional and friendly approach is key.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• A full UK driving licence – this is a field-based role.
