Job Description - Field Supervisor

What You'll Be Doing

Overseeing civils works (excavation, trenching, ducting, reinstatement)
Ensuring full compliance with NRSWA, CDM & H&S regulations
Working closely with clients, local authorities & internal teams
Leading supervisors, subcontractors & regional civils teams
Managing build quality, risks, audits & urgent civils responses

What We're Looking For:

Strong civils/telecoms background with site supervision experience
NRSWA accreditation + solid understanding of permit schemes
Excellent leadership & communication skills
