FryerMiles are delighted to be working with a leading manufacturing company to assist with their recruitment of a Microsoft Specialist. The successful candidate will provide technical field support across client locations.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance to key clients within timescales.
• Investigate and rectify faults reported by end users.
• Log call details using logging systems.
• Share technical information with team members.
• Stakeholder engagement.
• Report reoccurring faults.
• Carry out basic Fault finding.

Experience/Qualification:

• MSP experience.
• Print Technician L3
• CompTIA A+
• Cisco CCNA
• Printer setups, WI-FI, LAN and Print servers
• Military Background
