Field-Based Health & Safety Executive Location: Field-based, covering sites across Scotland Salary: Up to £40,000 + Annual Bonus (up to 10%) Package: Company Car + Fuel Card | Excellent Company
Our client, a well-established national brand with a strong presence in automotive services, retail, and logistics, is seeking a proactive and experienced Field-Based Health & Safety Executive to support the delivery of a robust safety culture across multiple sites in Scotland. Operating in both B2C and B2B markets, the organisation is known for its commitment to quality service, innovation, and customer satisfaction. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by influencing safety behaviours, improving standards, and playing a key role in shaping a forward-thinking safety culture within a highly visible, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
Support the implementation and monitoring of health & safety strategies, policies, and procedures.
Carry out audits, inspections, and investigations to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
Promote visible safety leadership and support training initiatives across operational teams.
Provide expert, practical advice to colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
Drive continuous improvement by sharing good practice and supporting the wider safety roadmap.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
At least 5 years' experience in a health & safety advisory or business partnering role.
Comfortable working across multiple locations and departments.
NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) is essential; NEBOSH Diploma or NVQ Level 6 desirable.
Strong knowledge of PUWER and LOLER.
Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, with a proactive and independent approach.
Package & Benefits:
Salary up to £40,000, dependent on experience
