About the Role

We’re looking for a Field-Based Retail Maintenance Technician to support the installation, maintenance, and repair of branded displays for a leading global consumer electronics brand.

Based in West London/Surrey/Berkshire with occasional nationwide travel, you’ll work across a range of retail environments, ensuring all displays are functional, compliant, and aligned with the client’s vision.

This is a hands-on role that requires a practical mindset, problem-solving ability, and a commitment to delivering high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair retail fixtures and electronic displays


• Install and remove POS and media content


• Complete maintenance visits within project deadlines


• Plan weekly routes for maximum efficiency


• Update project systems and logs accurately and on time


• Conduct detailed site audits to ensure compliance


• Perform vehicle checks and maintain company van


• Foster positive working relationships with colleagues and clients


• Represent 100% as a brand ambassador in all store visits

What You’ll Need

• Full UK Driving Licence (minimum two years, no more than 6 penalty points)


• Strong organisation and customer service skills


• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently


• Experience with retail installations, POS or POP is an advantage—but not essential, as full training will be provided
