Fieldsperson – Maincrop Ltd

Location: Blackfaulds, Scotland

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

An exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and experienced team in the agricultural sector.

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Fieldsperson to support our crop operations at Maincrop Ltd. This is a hands-on role ideal for a recent graduate or someone with an agricultural background who is eager to develop their career in a fast-paced, field-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sampling stores and producing quality control (QC) reports on crops
• Liaising with growers regarding upcoming loadings and customer orders
• Collating and maintaining accurate crop records
• Supporting the wider team with crop production and distribution activities
• Participating in technical trials and variety assessments
• Occasionally working with other parts of our group, including suppliers and partners.

About You:

• A degree in agriculture or a related subject, or equivalent practical experience
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A proactive, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a small, focused team
• A full UK driving licence is essential
