FIG M&A Associate - global investment bank

The team boasts excellent FIG credentials (especially across Non-Life Insurance and broader Capital Light FIG.

You will work on a wide range of transactions from buy and sell-side M&A, to capital raises and valuation expertise and strategic advise.

Responsibilities will centre on:

• You will be responsible for the management of live transactions
• You will aid and help drive the teams production of marketing presentations, Information Memoranda and other transaction documentation etc
• Begin developing strategic ideas for clients
• Providing support to senior professionals with the development/maintaining of client relationships and new business generation

Profile: ​

• You have accrued FIG corporate finance experience (and ideally some Insurance specific exposure) and be keen to specialise in Insurance
• Experience will have been accrued in a large investment bank, boutique or consultancy
• A robust financial modelling and valuations skillset is desired
• Possess an exceptional academic profile
