Salary: £34,000 per annum – FTC for 9 months (with likelihood to become perm)

Your Role:
You will be a key member of the Film Unit within Aspire Media Services, whose primary purpose is to capture and edit footage for our customer with a view to create innovative and engaging training videos
You will provide on-site subject matter expertise and assist the customer to understand the most appropriate and effective method for communicating their training material.
You will assist the Film Unit Supervisor and the specialist team within the Studio in the development, creation and delivery of innovative training projects to support the customer base.
You will project manage a series of tasks to ensure effective delivery of training support material to agreed timescale.
You will liaise with internal and external agencies to ensure that the delivery of the product is compliant and appropriate. Ensuring all outputs are compliant with our customer’s and ADSL’s Brand Identity, as well as being aligned with the ethos, values, and standards of the organisation.
What We’re Looking For:
Qualifications: It is highly recommend, but not essential, to have a Foundation Degree or equivalent qualification in Video or Film.
Experience: It is essential to have independently created video or film products demonstrating a broad spectrum of technical skills, as well as being able to demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot and solve an issue. It is also fundamental to be able to prove the above via an electronic portfolio or showreel at interview (an online showreel must be submitted with application).
Skills: It is essential to be able to capture film footage and audio using a variety of industry standard equipment, and edit using industry standard software provided by Adobe.
