Final Assembly Fitter

Our client is a global manufacturer of robust, high grade perimeter security barriers, fences and gates used in large commercial, government, customs and financial institutions and places where privacy and security is paramount.

This role is to work from their depot in West Sussex in the final assembly department. Your task will be to take all the manufactured components and conduct a final assembly of the product to ensure everything is in order, built to size and can be re assembled by the onsite engineers without issue when delivered to customer premises.

Once all assembled, tested and checked, you will then document, dismantle and pack up ready for shipping anywhere in the world.

This role is for someone with a practical mindset, have a sound, practical knowledge of general mechanical tasks and can handle basic bench and hand tools. You will be shown all aspects of the job and will be expected to demonstrate an eagerness to learn new skills.
