Location: West Malling, Kent Salary: Up to £40,000 Monday to Friday - 8am - 5pm 5 Days a week onsite
The Opportunity
We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our growing team in West Malling.
This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a fast-paced business operating within the Facilities Management sector. As we continue to expand, we're looking for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, takes ownership of their work, and is keen to develop their career.

Key Responsibilities
* Process purchase and sales invoices accurately and efficiently
* Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
* Reconcile bank accounts and supplier statements
* Support month-end processes and financial reporting
* Maintain accurate financial records using Xero
* Assist with payroll administration where required
* Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal departments to resolve finance queries
* Produce reports and provide general administrative support to the finance team
About You
* Previous experience as a Finance Administrator, Accounts Assistant, or similar finance role
* Previous experience working within the Facilities Management industry is essential
* Strong working knowledge of Xero accounting software
* Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
* Confident communicator with a proactive approach
* Able to prioritise workloads and thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Ambitious, dependable, and looking to build a long-term career
