Are you detail-oriented with a passion for problem-solving? We're recruiting for a Finance Administrator to join a well-established company based in Ipswich.
 
This temporary role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment supporting both internal teams and external partners across Europe. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our finance admin and supplier portal, helping to deliver high-quality service to an international client base.
 
Responsibilities:

Providing day-to-day support for finance systems including invoicing, reporting, and purchase orders
Assisting internal staff and customers using the supplier web portal
Creating supplier and customer accounts
Managing and resolving interface error reports
Maintaining user access and ensuring data quality across systems
Working closely with IT to troubleshoot technical issues 
Successful Candidate Will Need:

Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Confident user of Microsoft Excel
Organised, with the ability to manage your own workload
Great communication and interpersonal skills
