Job Description - Finance Administrator

A respected Mortgage company are keen to appoint an experienced Finance Administrator to work on a hybrid basis attending the London offices three days per week.

The range of duties include:

  • Adding commissions to CRM
  • CRM Data cleaning
  • Commission statements sending to Provider
  • Invoice Brokers for Admin Charges
  • Setting up mortgage reviews
  • Setting up protection reviews
  • CEO Expenses
  • Monthly credit card analysis
  • Daily, weekly & monthly data uploads to internal systems
  • Journal Posting on NetSuite

The role is available immediately and would suit someonme interested in a long term career within finance administration.

Interviews available immediately. Benefits include 25 days holiday and performance bonus.
