Finance Administrator

The One Group are recruiting for a Finance Administrator to join a huge name within their industry on a full time, permanent basis. This role will see you working from their offices based in Kettering.

This is a fast paced position, where you will support the team on a variety of essential finance operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the email inbox, process mail and financial documentation
• Handle payment postings (manual & electronic), direct debits, and account adjustments
• Support contract auditing, invoicing, banking, and document control
• Respond to and resolve any queries
• Analyse daily overpayments

Requirements:

• 5 GCSEs including Maths (A-C preferred)
• Basic financial knowledge and strong IT skills (Microsoft Office essential)
• Excellent communication, organisation, and time management
• A positive, adaptable attitude and team-player mindset

In return you will be offered between £25,500-£27,000 depending on experience + quarterly bonus.
