Supporting day-to-day bookkeeping, sales processing and stock record accuracy Raising sales invoices, allocating payments and completing basic reconciliations Managing B2B credit control and chasing overdue payments Producing routine and ad-hoc reports using large Excel data sets Liaising with European warehouses and external finance contacts Supporting customer orders, payments, Amazon queries and import/export documentation What we’re looking for in a Finance Administrator
