Job Description - Finance Administrator

We are looking for a capable Finance Administrator to provide administrative support across multiple departments. This Finance Administrator role focuses on handling essential administrative duties, processing information, maintaining records, and supporting operational activities to enable departments to focus on their core responsibilities.

Responsibilities for Finance Administrator:

* Process and maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems.

* Input, update, and verify data across company systems.

* Maintaining compliance records, and supporting accreditation audits.

* Manage a shared admin mailbox.

* Uploading transfer notes onto ERP system, this includes checking the correct info on the doc for compliance

* Processing of sales order amendments and communication with customer & internal teams.

* Assist with processing invoices and data onto our environmental reporting system.

* Supporting the team on reviewing prices across the business and updating this onto the ERP system.

* Obtaining supplier details, completion of account forms and supporting Supply Chain in the onboarding process.

What we are looking for:

* Enthusiastic, positive, trustworthy, reliable person with a "can-do" attitude

* Ability to take responsibility in a fast paced environment.

* Organized, accountable, and dedicated

* Excellent communication skills on the phone and within the team

Working hours 8:30/9am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday
Only candidates based in UK and eligible to work in UK are allowed
