Our client is seeking a dedicated and meticulous Finance Administrator to join their dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support multiple teams within a global market-leading business.
What you'll do:
Provide support to the Finance Senior Management team
Organise key meetings including confirmation of attendees, logistics, hospitality, preparing and issuing both the agenda and the minutes
Process expenses and manage guest relations
Submit travel requests and prepare necessary documents
Prepare documents, presentations, and other submissions to high standards using Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
Administer time booking system (e.g. opening / closing time sheets etc.)
Replenish departmental stationery as required
Handle incoming and outgoing post
What you bring:
Experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Ability to take ownership of projects and deliver results
Open-mindedness with a willingness to listen and learn from all members of the Finance Team
Effective communication skills
Ability to work accurately in a fast moving, performance-oriented environment
