Fulltime; Monday – Friday
9am – 5:30pm (1 hour for lunch)
Hybrid (1 to 2 days in the office)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Finance Administrator to join a well-established, friendly and marketing-leading company within the automotive industry.

This position is providing maternity cover, and our client is happy to take on a fixed term contract or week by week temporary basis and although this is only a temporary position, it is one that will enable you to gain valuable experience within a fantastic and reputable company.

** If circumstances change, there may be a chance for this role to become permanent. However, this cannot be guaranteed.**

Role:

As the Finance Administrator, you will be supporting the wider team and working closely with another Finance Administrator and the Finance Director.

Duties will include:

Raising purchase orders
Inputting data via Sage 50
Invoicing
Accounts payable
Liaising with internal stakeholders
Information gathering via telephone or Teams.
Provide additional support with general administration and accounts duties

Requirements:

As the Finance Administrator, you will have 6 months+ previous experience within a similar position, and a sound knowledge of accounts functions/processes.
In addition, as the Finance Administrator you will:
Have experience of using/inputting on Sage 50
Be a good collaborator, able to take instruction and comfortable working autonomously too.
Be an excellent communicator.
Work with great attention to detail and organisation.
